Information We Request

Clients may redact information they determine is unnecessary for the requested analysis. If additional information is required to complete the engagement, CAG will communicate those needs during the review.

Supporting Document

CAG works with clients to establish an appropriate secure transmission method for supporting claim documentation.

Data Minimization

CAG requests only the information necessary to perform the requested analysis. When personal identifiers such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or dates of birth are not relevant to the scope of the engagement, clients are encouraged to redact or omit that information prior to submission. If additional information becomes necessary during the review, CAG will communicate those requirements to the client.

Professional Responsibility

Trust is central to our work. Every engagement is conducted with professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for the sensitive nature of insurance claim information.

File Retention

Client engagement records and supporting documentation are retained for up to five years following completion of the engagement unless a different retention period is required by contract or applicable law. After the applicable retention period, records are securely deleted in accordance with CAG's internal retention practices.

Upon request, CAG will discuss client-specific retention or document disposal requirements prior to the start of an engagement.
