Claims and SIU teams already have experienced professionals, established investigative processes, and increasingly sophisticated tools. Certain files, however, warrant an additional level of examination.

CAG provides an independent analytical perspective that complements existing resources — helping teams evaluate the significance of investigative findings, clarify unresolved questions, and strengthen the reasoning and documentation within the claim file.

We operate outside client claims systems, do not adjust claims or determine coverage, and leave all final claim decisions with the carrier.
